Initial Consultation
We’ll start with a Google Meets call to explore your exciting website vision and goals; whether you desire a full interactive website or only need updates to an existing website. If we decide it’s a good fit, I’ll provide a detailed proposal that includes an estimated timeline for deliverables, along with a contract (Statement of Work). We’ll also set a start date for the project.
Content Collection
To ensure a seamless start, We will need all website content delivered via email at least 48 hours before the project’s start date. This includes text, images, brand assets, product details, logos, and any other materials you’d like included on the website.
Prior to the scheduled go-live date, we will deliver a fully functional draft of your website. You’ll be able to review it via a password-protected link.
Initial Draft Delivery
Revisions
You’ll have the opportunity to review the draft and request revisions. We will complete the agreed-upon rounds of revisions within the following week to ensure the final design meets your expectations.
Final Launch
Once everything is finalized, we will connect your domain and publish your new website. Additionally, we will meet for a website training to guide you on how to manage and update your site confidently or set up further communication for your on-going website maintenance.
